This delightful bunny-themed run is perfect for all levels, offering two fantastic distances: the Bitty Bunny 4k loop, ideal for walkers and newcomers to trail running, and the adventurous Biggy Bunny 10k, which takes you through scenic trails, including the Red Bridge and Graffiti Tunnel.
While we are currently facing challenges due to a fire ban and low registration numbers, we remain hopeful for a vibrant community gathering in support of Pugwash Ground Search and Rescue. With a registration fee of $40, all proceeds will directly benefit this vital organization. Participants can look forward to fun giveaways like mugs, medals, and a free BBQ, ensuring a memorable experience for everyone. -----SORRY, WE WILL BE CANCELLING THIS EVENT DUE TO THE FIRE BAN AND LOW REGISTRATION NUMBERS.------ WE ARE HOPING TO OFFER REFUNDS TO THOSE WHO HAVE SIGNED UP.
Come join us in Oxford for a fun Bunny run! This will be held on the beautiful groomed trails around the village of Oxford in support of Pugwash Ground Search and Rescue. This event is open to all levels of runners and walkers. registration will go live soon and will be $40 with all proceeds going to Pugwash GSAR. We will offer two distances. 1) Bitty Bunny will be a 4k loop ideal for people who want to walk or are new to trail running. It includes some nice single track that is the Bunny loop 2) Biggy Bunny will be a 10k version which will include the Bunny trail plus some extra fun involving the Red Bridge, Graffiti Tunnel and maybe some interesting double track near the sink holes (don't fall in)Last year we were able to provide mugs, medals, and a free BBQ after the event and hope to be able to do the same this year. :)
