The race kicks off at Heydenshore Park, where both the start and finish lines are located, creating a vibrant atmosphere for all attendees.
Runners can look forward to a 9:30 am start time for the 5k race, while walkers will set off at 9:00 am. Don’t forget to pick up your race kit on-site starting at 8:00 am, or at Orangetheory Whitby on August 7 and 8. Not only will you enjoy a fantastic day of fitness and community, but your participation will also support a great cause, as portions of the proceeds will benefit the Ontario Shores Foundation, raising awareness and funds for vital mental health initiatives in the Durham Region.
