Join us for the 3rd Annual Run for Markham on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at the beautiful Milne Dam Conservation Park in Markham, York! This exciting charity event is designed to bring the community together while raising vital funds for the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation. Whether you're a seasoned runner or a casual walker, there’s something for everyone with race distances including a 1K Family Fun Walk, a 3K Run, and a challenging 5K Run.
The day kicks off at 7:30 AM with registration, followed by an inspiring opening ceremony at 9:00 AM. The races start shortly after, with the 3K and 5K runs launching at 9:30 AM, and the 1K Family Fun Walk commencing at 9:45 AM. After the races, celebrate your achievements with a closing session and awards at 11:00 AM, along with a complimentary lunch to refuel and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow participants. Lace up your shoes, rally your friends and family, and be part of a noble cause that makes a difference in the Markham community!

What is Run For Markham?Organized by Mercy 4 Mankind, a subsidiary of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association (AMYA), to raise funds for Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation in Markham. Our goal is to support the local community and bring people together for a noble cause. We are excited to hold our First annual Run for Markham charity event. The Run brings out serious and casual runners and walkers from all walks of life.
