Run for Punjab 5k/10k

Join us for the annual Run for Punjab – 5K & 10K Charity Run for Punjab flood relief in Calgary! Bringing together runners, walkers, families, and friends, this community event is about fitness, seva, and giving back. Proceeds will support SAF International and its work uplifting communities through education, housing, community development, and humanitarian aid across South Asia. Hosted at Confluence Plaza, St. Patrick’s Island Park, the run will take place rain, snow, or sunshine, so dress for the weather and come ready to make every step count.The run is open to participants of all ages and fitness levels, whether you choose to walk, jog, or run, every step you take helps make a difference. Parents, please please accompany your kids/minors during the run. The event is not responsible for monitoring kids/minors. This is a self-timed, non-competitive run, focused on unity, compassion, and collective action. Please remember to bring your own water bottle. 💙 Each participant’s registration includes a $15 minimum donation directly to SAF International, plus a $5 fee (plus processing fees) to cover event costs. SAF International is an internationally recognized humanitarian organization providing direct support and relief to flood-affected communities in Punjab.Come together with friends, family, and community members for a meaningful day of fitness, solidarity, and hope.
