Remember to pick up your race packet between September 25-27 at the Shoppers Drug Mart in Tecumseh Mall, as packet pickup will not be available on race day. Lace-up your running shoes and come support a great cause as we raise awareness and funds for the Welcome Centre Shelter.The 5K race will take place on September 28th at 9:30 am at McHugh Park. Additional parking is available at the WFCU Centre. ALL REGISTRANTS RECEIVE A PREMIUM SWAG BAG FROM SHOPPERS DRUG MART AND WELCOME CENTRE. All fitness levels are welcome!Rain or Shine!
New walkers and runners are encouraged to join us! The course will take you through scenic routes in the park, and we'll have an aid station along the way to keep you hydrated.Every registration includes a Dri-fit race shirt. Every finisher receives a Run With Her medal.In addition to the race, we'll have a Kid's Run with a variety of fun activities for participants and their families to enjoy. After the run, we'll have music, food, and prizes. Plus, you'll have the chance to meet and connect with other members of the community who are passionate about making a difference.
New this year for our runners looking for a little challenge: Prizes!For our 5k runners, there will be women's and men's prizes for top overall finishers. Shoppers Gift Cards in $75, $50, and $25 denominations for top 3 in each division.
IMPORTANT: Race packet pickup will take place September 25-27 from 9 to 6 at the Shoppers Drug Mart, Tecumseh Mall location at 7720 Tecumseh Rd E ( Louzon Road and Tecumseh Road E). Packet pickup is NOT available on race day at McHugh Park.
