This uplifting community event is dedicated to raising awareness for suicide prevention and life promotion, bringing together participants in a spirit of support and remembrance. Walkers can choose between two scenic routes: a 2km stroll or a more challenging 5km trek, making it accessible for everyone, regardless of fitness level.
As you lace up your walking shoes, take pride in knowing that your participation makes a difference. While fundraising is optional, those who choose to fundraise can earn exciting rewards, including free registrations for valuable mental health training sessions. Also, the first 250 registrants will receive a special swag bag as a thank you for joining this important cause. A community walk hosted by CMHA-WECB and our community partners to highlight suicide awareness, prevention and life promotion. We walk together in support, in strength, and in memory.
