At a distance of 20K, this course is built to give you the true swimrun experience, with the top male and top female being crowned B.C. Champion.Our Fresh and Salty is the ultimate swimrun event. With a freshwater swim in Sasamat Lake, followed by a run to Belcarra Park, and some saltwater swimming before finishing back at Sasamat Lake. One of the most unique events in the world and a B.C.
