This event invites runners of all abilities to experience the enchanting Snowden Demonstration Forest, featuring miles of single-track trails that offer gentle rollers and soft, inviting ground. Participants can choose between two exciting distances: an 11k course with approximately 170 meters of elevation gain and a 22k challenge with about 485 meters of elevation gain.
This grassroots event promises a vibrant, tailgate atmosphere with a live DJ, prizes, and delicious post-run food and drinks, ensuring a fantastic day filled with high-fives and good vibes! Plus, you'll be supporting a great cause, as we raise funds for Campbell River Search & Rescue, who provide essential support to those in need in the wilderness. We want to say thank you for allowing us to live, work, and play on your lands.Step into one of the most beautiful forests on Vancouver Island. Enjoy miles of single-track with gentle rollers and some of the softest ground your feet have raced on. This course is for everyone: Go easy and take in the majestic scenery and forest-filtered natural light, or let 'er rip on this speedy, flattish course!Our grassroots event is a tailgate vibe featuring a live DJ, prizes, post-run food/drinks and a well-marked course through the stunning Snowden Demonstration Forest.
