Whether you're looking to hike for 60 to 90 minutes or join one of the running groups, thereβs something for everyone! Hikers will cover distances of 4 to 6 kilometers, while runners can choose from three groups based on their pace, with distances ranging from 5 to 8 kilometers. With unique trails and magnificent views each week, this clinic promises an unforgettable adventure in nature. Plus, participants will receive a limited edition pair of crew socks on the first nightβso be sure to register early! SPRING INTO SUMMER TRAIL CLINICCome and discover the thrill of hiking and running on the scenic trails of Cowichan Valley! You'll learn trail techniques, familiarize yourself with trail etiquette, and experience the splendour of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Join us for an unforgettable adventure in nature! 7 WEEKS/TUESDAYS/6 P.M.May 13, May 20, May 27, June 3, June 10, June 17 and June 24GROUPSHike - You can hike for 60 to 90 minutes or longer.Run - Group A - 4 to 6 minutes of running, followed by a walk break of 1 to 2 minutes for 60 minutesRun - Group B - You can run continuously for 60 minutes Run - Group C - The fastest pace group.
