Join us every Tuesday at 6 p.m. to learn essential trail techniques, familiarize yourself with trail etiquette, and soak in the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. With various pace groups available, everyone can find their perfect fit, whether you prefer a leisurely hike, a run with intervals, or continuous running at a steady pace. SPRING INTO SUMMER TRAIL CLINICSOLD OUTCome and discover the thrill of hiking and running on the scenic trails of Cowichan Valley! You'll learn trail techniques, familiarize yourself with trail etiquette, and experience the splendour of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Join us for an unforgettable adventure in nature! 7 WEEKS/TUESDAYS/6 P.M.May 13, May 20, May 27, June 3, June 10, June 17 and June 24GROUPSHike - You can hike for 60 to 90 minutes Run A - 4 to 6 minutes of running, followed by a walk break of 1 to 2 minutes for 60 minutesRun B - You can run continuously for 60 minutes to 90 minutesRun C - The fastest pace group.
