Choose from a 5km run/walk or let the little ones join in the fun with kid's races featuring 1km and 200m dash options.
Participants can look forward to a fantastic atmosphere filled with community spirit, as all proceeds benefit the Hospice of Windsor. Race packet pickup will be available from April 3rd to April 5th at the Running Factory Wyandotte St. E location. Along with a chip-timed bib or kid's race bib, registrants will receive limited edition Spring Thaw swag, a finishers medal, and post-race hospitality provided by Tim Horton's and Boston Pizza. With prizes for overall winners and age group champions, as well as exciting door prizes, the Spring Thaw 2025 promises to be an unforgettable event for racers and supporters alike! SPRING THAW 2025 Spring Thaw 2025 will take place on Sunday, April 6th at Running Factory Wyandotte on a closed road course along Riverside Drive!Participants have their choice of a 5km Run/Walk and Kid's Race options of 1km and 200m Dash.

We encourage everyone to post pictures of their journey and share with the community to celebrate! Thank you for your participation and support in 2024. We are looking forward to a great year of racing and fundraising for great local charities in 2025.
