Attention Hamilton!The Runner's Den is excited to announce that we have once again partnered with Mizuno to bring you back the Summer Sunset Series!A fun way to stay fit this summer with a fast and flat course along Hamiltons Waterfront trail! This will be a timed event to allow runners to get a chip time for their 5K run. In an effort to keep the cost of this event low, there will be no shirt or medal provided for the 5K runners. Event includes:Bib with attached chip for timingDemo shoes on site to try for your eventDraw prizes for all participants courtesy of MizunoPost race refreshments for all participantsBack again this year - 1K Kids Run!Let's get our kids out to run this summer! This kids run will not be timed but medals will be provided to the kids who finish the race.
