Organiser's Description
Super Abilities Fun Run
Did you know that millions of people all over the world use some form of sign language unique to their location and culture? Millions of people out there can communicate from afar, through windows and even underwater. This is an incredible superpower that allows us to express ourselves with not just our hands, but with our face and body in a creative, three-dimensional way. It provides a medium of meaningful and effective communication, not only for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing and DeafBlind but for our hearing friends on the autism spectrum, with Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and those from many other communities.Rock run or roll with us at our 3nd Annual Super Abilities Fun Run, held in Rundle Park May 30, 2026.
