Help us support local organizations that are doing amazing things for others!Top Of The World Event has been created to support the Sun Peaks Mountain Rescue Society and to showcase the incredible community and trails that Sun Peaks has to offer. This is a family friendly event! Your registration includes a custom finishers swag from EARTH GROOVE, a $5.00 donation to Sun Peaks Mountain Rescue Society, your event bib, finish line food, aid stations and lots of fun, sweat... maybe a little tears!Community, support and celebration this is what our events are all about. The purposes set out in its constitution are as follows:Fundraise on behalf of the Sun Peaks Mountain Rescue Society for the local community of Sun Peaks.Purchase medical and rescue related equipment that can be used by first responders and the local community both during emergencies and for training purposes.Make sure all equipment directly benefits and can be accessed by all first responders and locals within Sun Peaks.Raise awareness and support to all first responder training within the local community.More about SPMRS CLICK HERE2025 Donation Goal = $1500.00HOW IT WORKSJoin us in beautiful Sun Peaks. Home to world class ski runs, mountain bike trails, incredible hiking and running trails and a big Canada Day weekend of festivities. We have created three routes that showcase the best of Sun Peaks.Local Event:
Join us at our event starting and finishing in the Main Village at Sun Peaks Resort on June 28, 2025. All participants receive custom finishers SWAG from EARTH GROOVE! You choose to run a 50k, 28k or 15km distance.There is a limit of 400 participants for 2025Registration closes when we reach 400 participants or June 20, 2025.Virtual Event:
If you do not live locally or cannot make it to the local event, then you can register for the Virtual Event and run your chosen distance or time wherever you live! All participants receive a finisher’s gift! Your event package is mailed to you and will arrive before June 28, 2025. This gives you the option to help us raise money and awareness, run or hike where you live, (maybe create a group run with friends?!), and we can all run together around the world on the same day!Your registration fee includes your bib number, a finishers gift, a $5.00 donation to Sun Peaks Recreational Trail Association and shipping.Important: Registration for our Virtual Runners closes May 1, 2025 so that we have time to mail your package to you before event day.
