Choose between the scenic 5K and the BC Athletics-certified 10K courses, both offering breathtaking views as they wind around the iconic Stanley Park seawall. With a registration fee of just $42, early registrants will also receive a complimentary Brooks technical tee featuring artwork commemorating the life of beloved pop artist Joe Average. 2025 Vancouver Pride Run & Walk is on Sunday, July 13th. 🏳️🌈 Held in beautiful Stanley Park during the Canada Pride and Vancouver Pride celebrations, this year's run/walk/celebration is the largest and most epic ever! All ages and abilities are welcome, and we can't wait to see you all at the start line. 🏳️🌈We've kept prices low at $42 for your choice of the 5K and 10K courses. This year, we are delighted to offer early registrants a FREE Brooks technical tee featuring the art and commemorating the life of pop artist Joe Average. We express our appreciation to Joe's family and the generous sponsorship of Brooks Running for making this possible.Many thanks to our other sponsors, Forerunners on Main, Innovative Fitness, Organika and 2 Guys With Knives.Pride Run & Walk features Canada's most beautiful 10k running course, a BC Athletics-certified qualifying race distance. This speedy and almost entirely flat route loops around the Stanley Park seawall, while the 5k course for runners and walkers generally follows the 10k route towards Coal Harbour and HMCS Discovery before returning to the 5/10k finish line in Ceperly field near 2nd Beach in Stanley Park.Pride Run & Walk is your community event, created by community volunteers for our community. Changes we made in 2024 were well-received, including a slightly earlier start time and tighter post-race schedule to help beat the summer heat.Pre-race package pickup is Friday, July 11th, and Saturday, July 12th, at Forerunners on Main (at 23rd Avenue). See Frequently Asked Questions for all the details. On race day, our program starts at 8:00 a.m., the official welcome ceremony at 8:15 a.m., and the first runners will set off from the starting line at 8:35 a.m. sharp. We've got fun surprises in store for you before, during and after the race!Pride Run & Walk is hosted by Vancouver Frontrunners, celebrating its 42nd year of providing a safe and friendly environment for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, their friends, and allies to enjoy running and walking.
