The Winnipeg Frontrunners Pride Run is a fun, non-competitive running or walking event open to everyone - all ages and abilities welcome! The run starts and ends at the Forks festival site in the heart of Winnipeg. We have 3km and 6km routes.The theme for our Pride Run is Pride Moves. We welcome runners and walkers of all experience levels. Just bring your most colourful running or walking gear and your positive, Pride-filled energy!
The Winnipeg Pride Run, first organized by Wally Mah on June 13, 2015, began as a lively 5K run/walk event that quickly sold out, attracting 100 registered participants and supported by over 60 dedicated volunteers. Over the past decade, this inspiring event has flourished, now drawing over 400 participants annually.
