The day kicks off with the 1K Little Steps for younger runners at 8:30 a.m., followed by a warm-up session at 8:45 a.m. The main events, the 10K and 5K races, start at 9:15 a.m. and 9:25 a.m., respectively. As you lace up your running shoes, know that your participation helps fund vital mental health programs that benefit thousands of individuals each year. Through care that integrates the expertise of psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, social workers, and nurses, women and their families move from mental illness to health.
