This exciting eight-week program runs every Tuesday evening at 6 p.m. until October 28, providing participants with a fantastic opportunity to enhance their running and walking skills. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the basics or an experienced runner aiming for a 5 km or 10 km challenge, there’s a training group just for you!
Registration is open now, with fees ranging from $100 to $120 depending on when you sign up, and the deadline for registration is September 7, 2025. Participants will benefit from personalized weekly training programs, guidance from knowledgeable group leaders, and the chance to win fantastic draw prizes. Plus, there's a discount on entries for the Cowichan Autumn Classic for early registrants.
