This vibrant event will take place at the Lindsay Recreation Complex, located at 133 Adelaide Street South, Lindsay, Ontario. Participants can choose from a thrilling 5K or 10K race, with the 10K starting at 8:00 AM, followed by the Kids Fun Run at 8:10 AM and the 5K at 8:25 AM.
Although registration for the 5K and 10K is already sold out, young runners can still join the fun with the new 500m Kids Fun Run! All participants will receive fantastic finisher medals, race-branded beach towels, and post-race refreshments, making this a perfect day for families and friends. With age divisions to accommodate everyone and enticing prizes for the fastest teams, the Lindsay Milk Run promises a day of camaraderie, competition, and community spirit. The Kawartha Lakes Parks and Recreation Division Lindsay Milk Run 5K/10K and Kids Fun Run are scheduled to take place on Sunday July 20, 2025.

Cancellation Policy: Entry fees are non-refundable. Transfers will be permitted through Race Roster until June 20, 2025 for an administration fee.
5K/10K Team Divisions:Each team competes either in the full 5K or full 10K course, all team members must be entered in the same distance. Teams must consist of a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 12. Team members are eligible to compete for individual awards as well. Prizes will be awarded for fastest 5K and 10K teams overall, calculated by the average of all team members.Team registration deadline is Wednesday July 16, 2025 at 4pm. After this time no changes or additions to teams will take place.
