This year, participants can also enjoy a brand new option that combines trail running and mountain biking for double the fun! Choose between a 15k run followed by a 20k bike ride, or tackle a 20k run with a 40k bike ride. With updates to the courses to protect the trails, racers can look forward to smooth rides and stunning scenery. Registration includes a chip-timed finish, a finisher's gift, and access to a fun-filled finish line BBQ, making this an event not to be missed. 40k, 20k, 12kFeaturing tough climbs, fast and flowy downhills, and no shortage of epic trails for runners!May 18, 2025UPDATE: AS OF MAY 2, 2025 Due to current trail conditions, we’ve made a small but important change to the 12K, 20K & 40K courses. The Merv’s section has been removed to protect the trail and avoid unnecessary damage. Instead, the route will now link Saunders Street Aid Station directly to Bear Back.
This means a slight reduction in distance—but it’s the right call to support the long-term health of our trails and ensure a smoother ride for everyone! 🌲✨
