Eligibility: Open to any athlete registered and in good standing with Weightlifting Nova Scotia or their Provincial Sporting Organization.Events: All IWF weight categories - male and femaleAwards: Top 3 in each categoryBest Overall Lifters - male and femaleIronstone Rookie of the Meet AwardYoung Kempt Physio 6 for 6 Technical AwardTop Club TeamRules: The most recent IWF rule book will govern the competition, with the following exceptions:Singlets are preferred, but not mandatory. Those without singlets may wear close-fitting shorts and a tucked-in t-shirtAthletes who do not register a successful lift in the snatch will be permitted to compete in the clean and jerk.Doping Control: This competition is subject to doping control (SDC). The Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES) will perform the tests at their discretion. Athletes should be familiar with CCES sample collection procedures.
