The 2026 Finisher's Medal registration option is now full for all distances BUT we have the Rubber Ducky Yellow bib option that still has swag items and a nice past year's finisher medal.*The 2026 Rubber Ducky YELLOW BIB option gives participants the Try Events bag and mini speaker for swag items and you will be awarded a past year's finisher medal when you cross the finish line!

5K, 7 Mile, Half MarathonRubber Ducky Day themed race so feel free to dress up!This beautiful 21.1K & 7 Mile course circles Burnaby lake, giving you the opportunity to enjoy fresh air, exercise and more chances to view birds and animals in this wilderness environment. Join other walkers & runners on this scenic course throughout the trails of Burnaby Lake. Located in the middle of the city, Burnaby Lake Regional Park is a stunning wildlife sanctuary. The lake was created by a glacier 12,000 years ago and its shores were home to sawmills in the late 1800's. The race will provide you with an opportunity to be active while enjoying the scenic trails of Burnaby Lake.We race Burnaby Lake twice a year with annual races, Shamrock’n Race in March and the Rubber Ducky in October. The Shamrock’n Race 7 Mile and Half Marathon circle the lake clockwise and the Rubber Ducky 7 Mile and Half Marathon circle the lake counter clockwise.Race route location
