Race day information has been emailed to all registrants. Please let us know if you haven’t received the email or if you have questions at fort2forge@gmail.com.If you are planning to sign up in person, we advise you to do so on Friday evening as Saturday morning registration will be very busy. Payment by cash or cheque only. You’ll find time and place details in our FAQ (in menu on the left). Fort to Forge goes ahead rain or shine, but if we need to cancel because of dangerous weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we will advise all participants by email and post on Facebook and Instagram as early as possible on Saturday morning. Fort to Forge is the run/walk event for you!
With 10k and 5k options, Fort to Forge is open to all ages.The course is moderately challenging with a few long uphills (and very rewarding downhills). Runners and walkers follow the beautiful coastline, from the 10k start at Fort Point Lighthouse or the 5k start in scenic Dunfield, to the heart of Trinity—one of Newfoundland’s oldest and most picturesque towns—for the finish.
