Join us for the vibrant 2026 Vaughan Walk & Run For Lyme on Sunday, May 31st, 2026, at the stunning Magnotta Winery located at 271 Chrislea Road in Vaughan, York. This exciting event features both a 5 km and a 10 km route, perfect for participants of all fitness levels who want to support a vital cause. As you stroll or run through the picturesque surroundings, you'll contribute to groundbreaking research in Lyme Disease, with all net proceeds benefiting Canada’s first translational Lyme Disease Research Lab at the University of Guelph.
The day promises a fun-filled atmosphere with registration starting at 8:00 am, followed by coffee and healthy snacks at 8:30 am. The 10 km run kicks off at 9:00 am, followed by the 5 km run at 9:30 am and the 5 km walk at 9:35 am. After the races, participants can enjoy a delicious lunch and festivities, including live music and youth entertainment. Each participant will receive a custom event t-shirt, loot bag, and two drink tickets for tastings at Magnotta Winery. Plus, those who fundraise will have the chance to win fantastic prizes! So lace

The G Magnotta Foundation's mission is to take a research stand against Lyme Disease. By better understanding Lyme bacteria and how it behaves once it enters the human body, we change how Lyme Disease is tested and treated in Canada and around the world.All net proceeds go directly to the G.
