We can't wait to see you SUPPORT, DONATE, or PARTICIPATE in this incredible event on September 26th, 2026 in Mount Brydges!
Can't make it on September 26th? Donate to a team of your choice to ensure continued supports in your community! This event supports all VON sites across Middlesex & Elgin counties including: St. Thomas, Strathroy, Dorchester and London!
We will celebrate our participants and donors on Saturday September 26th at Mount Brydges Lions Park with a SMART class hosted by our wonderful instructors, walk in the accessible trails and enjoy activities hosted by VON Family Supports! VIRTUALHaving a virtual component allows you to participate virtually your way in one day, one week, or all month, at your pace. Choose the activities you love whether it be running, walking the dog, swimming, canoeing, jumping on the trampoline, weight lifting, dancing, gardening, or taking SMART® Exercise classes just to list a few, however, your options are endless. Track your activities by using a step tracking device or app. You can even track your activities manually; we have an easy-to use tracking form along with activity to km conversion chart found in our online Toolkit (COMING SOON).
REGISTRATIONWe encourage everyone to register online beginning July 10, 2026.Follow our simple how-to videos found in our Toolkit (COMING SOON).
Our Community Support Services are only partially government funded - and we rely on the generosity of our community to fund program subsidies, equipment, staff education and more.
Your support means so much to us and we are incredibly grateful! It allows us to address the unique needs of our clients and to maintain our essential programs and services including: the Adult Day Program, Bereavement Services, Home at Last, Meals on Wheels, SMART® Exercise & Falls Prevention Program and Accessible Transportation Services, just to name a few.
You can fundraise in the way that makes sense to you! Engage your creative resources and encourage your team to think BIG, there is no limit to creativity!Our TOOLKIT (COMING SOON) has everything you need from pledge form to helpful ideas to get you on your way.ALL PARTICIPANTS will receive a FREE VON Activity T-shirt as a token of our appreciation for taking part in this event!
