Womenโ€™s Training ProgramIf youโ€™re looking for support, structure, and a strong community of women to help you reach your distance-running goals, sign up today for the free 2026 Womenโ€™s Training Program.


What You Need to Know:This is a free, women-led 20-week training program designed to support women, and those who identify as women, to prepare for the 2026 Servus Calgary Marathon.Youโ€™ll train toward the Servus Credit Union 42.2 km or Centaur Subaru 21.1 km, taking place Sunday, May 24.The program begins January 5 with a four-week foundations phase focused on movement, mindset, and goal-setting.After the foundations phase, participants follow a 16-week structured training plan, with beginner and intermediate options.Youโ€™ll receive access to a private online group for community support, updates, and discussion.Weekly contentโ€”pre-recorded and sometimes liveโ€”will be delivered by local female coaches and experts covering: nutrition, safety, (peri)menopause, recovery and so much more!Whatโ€™s In It For You:A supportive, empowering community designed specifically for women runners.Access to a free, comprehensive 20-week training program to help you reach your half marathon or full marathon race goals, beginner and intermediate options available.Weekly guidance and educational support from womenโ€™s health and performance experts, including virtual calls with guest speakers who share real-world insights to keep you motivated and informed as you train.Invites to monthly in-person meet-ups throughout Calgary to connect with others in the program.Access to a private online group and guidance on topics that matter most to women runners.Motivation, accountability, and a space to learn alongside women with similar goals and experiences.A stronger foundation in wellness, training strategy, and overall readiness for race day.Why It Matters:When women see themselves represented in the running space - and train alongside others who share their goals, pace, and life stage - something powerful happens.
