Please join us on Sunday, August 16th, 2026, as we host our 5th annual 5k run/walk in memory of Chris. We hope to spread awareness in honour of Chris’ fight and for every other individual struggling with mental health and addiction. All net proceeds will be directed to St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton's Cleghorn Early Intervention Clinic.
