Run, walk, or cheer! This is a day to get active, have fun, and give back. Our goal is to Nourish a Better World by donating 20 slices of bread for every in-person participant to Canadian food banks.Together, we run with purpose supporting communities, promoting active lifestyles, and making real impact. Bring your friends, bring your family, and be part of something that matters, in-person or virtually. Every kilometre counts for #TheGoodWeShare. Who is it for?The 3K walk/run is open to all levels, including families with children and walking groups, to promote physical activity at all ages. Families are invited to enjoy live entertainment and free activities before and after the race.The 5K timed race is open to all levels, offering a shorter distance for casual and competitive runners.The 10K timed race is for those who want to challenge themselves.ALL IN-PERSON RACES (10K, 5K, 3K) ARE OFFICIALLY SOLD OUTThank you everyone who registered!
