Organiser's Description
This is an event in open to all Novice lifers. You do not need a CPU/NSPL membership to participate.This is a chance to try the sport out, to competition standard, without the same cost and the required equipment.This event is for lifters who have never competed in a sanctioned powerlifting event, lifters who are new to competition. Lifters who have competed in Novice events such as the 2023, 2024 Bridgewater Novice Open are eligible to sign up but I ask you wait a few weeks to enroll so to give others who have never competed a chance to sign up first.This is a 3-Lift only event. There isn't a Bench Only component.
If you would like to do Bench Only we can accommodate you but the registration remains the same, you simply don't do the other two lifts.NOTE: All entries are non-refundable & non-transferable after March 11th, 2026. This includes for reasoning such as (but not limited to): COVID, injuries, conflict in scheduling, etc.
