Les stages d'initiation à la course à pied s'invitent à Gatineau!Au menu, exercices en lien avec la technique de course à pied et légère formation sur la nutrition sportive animée par Cardio Plein-air.Le tout, complètement gratuit et ouvert à tous!On vous attends donc le 9 mai 2026, 9h, au Centre de plein air du Lac-Leamy (100 rue Atawe, Gatineau, Qc, J8Y-6V8). L'activité se terminera à 10h et aura lieu beau temps mauvais temps.Places limitées.
