Les stages d'initiation à la course à pied s'invitent à Montréal!Au menu, exercices en lien avec la technique de course à pied et légère formation sur la nutrition sportive animée par Cardio Plein-air.Le tout, complètement gratuit et ouvert à tous!On vous attends donc le 9 mai 2026, 9h, devant la Maison des Arts Participatifs du Parc La Fontaine (3819 avene Calixa-Lavallée, Montréal, Québec, H2L-3A7). Pour ceux qui se déplaceront en voiture, il existe un stationnement tout près ici.L'activité se terminera à 10h et aura lieu beau temps mauvais temps.Places limitées.
