Harvest Trail Mixer is a community fundraising event for all ages. We invite you to join us on September 19, 2026, at The Arboretum, University of Guelph Through your involvement in our RUN or WALK for Mental Health event you are creating positive change in your community and helping to ensure the continued delivery and expansion of Up and Running Guelph’s walking and running programs.
Communities everywhere continue to experience unprecedented levels of burnout, and a decline in their mental health. With your help, we are hoping to raise $25,000. All proceeds from Harvest Trailmixer will be directed towards Up and Running to ensure the continued delivery and expansion of low-cost, accessible, safe, and supportive programs that promote positive mental health.
