Multi Grouse Grind registration is now fullCelebrate one of the longest days of the year with the Multi Grouse Grind Challenge β Centennial Edition! Push your limits at one of the North Shoreβs most iconic endurance challenges.
On Monday, June 22nd, 2026, join fellow Grinders from dawn to dusk as you take on the Grouse Grind as many times as you can. Whether youβre chasing a personal best, competing with friends, or supporting a great cause, this is your chance to be part of Grouse Mountainβs Centennial Year legacy while raising vital funds for North Shore Rescue. Your participation helps mark 100 years of adventure, community, and outdoor fun on the mountain.This is the official and only sanctioned event to determine the record-holder for the most ascents of the Grouse Grind in a single day. With the Blue Grouse Gondola, descending the mountain is quicker and easier than ever β giving you more time for Grinds and a real shot at smashing last year's record 21 Grinds!Register now to kick off your fundraising and secure your spot in this historic celebration. Time: Dawn to dusk (4am-10pm)REQUIREMENTS: All participants must be 16 years of age or older. Minors must have a waiver signed by their legal guardian/parent and they must be present as a chaperone throughout the duration of the event.All participants must meet the fundraising minimum of $150 by June 11th. IMPORTANT DATES FOR PARTICIPANTS - no extensions will be made to any of the listed dates, so please plan ahead: Friday, April 3rd - Registration opens at 4:00pm! Spaces are limited, so register early to secure your participation. Thursday, June 11th - $150 raised for North Shore Rescue on personal Race Roster fundraising page. Start fundraising BEFORE this date to ensure you meet the minimum on time. You will be required to show proof that you've met the fundraising minimum during bib pick-up.Friday, June 12th in Guest Services - Bib pick-up opens. Race bibs can be picked up at Guest Services at the base of the mountain anytime during business hours. Bib must be picked up by the participant themselves (and legal parent/guardian if participant is a minor). If you are traveling into town for the race, please ensure you're arriving in time for bib pick-up.Thursday, June 18th at 5pm - Bib pick-up closes. Anyone who has not picked up their bib and signed their waiver by this time will not be permitted to participate in the event - no exceptions. Sunday, June 21st at 5pm - Bib pick-up closes.
