Both races kick off at 8:30 AM from the North Shore Fire Hall, leading runners toward the stunning Cape George Lighthouse.

The aid stations will have water and a first aid provider. This will be a manually timed race. There will be transport available from the finish line (Cape George Lighthouse) to the start (North Shore Fire Hall). We cover the largest geographic area of any SAR team in Nova Scotia. Our dedicated volunteers are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
