Hosted at the scenic Confluence Plaza in St. Patrick's Island, this vibrant event promises to unite the Calgary community for a worthy cause. Last year, nearly 1,000 participants raised close to $100,000 for humanitarian relief, and this year, we're aiming even higher!
Join us for a variety of fun activities, including a 5K run, a 2K community and accessible walk, and a special Kids Race. Families will love the new Little Roots Village, where children can engage in hands-on activities while learning about Palestine in a fun and meaningful way. With face painting, kite making, and a community BBQ, there’s something for everyone to enjoy! By participating, you’ll not only have a fantastic time but also contribute directly to vital food and health initiatives in Gaza. Date: June 21, 2026Together with our charity partners, Islamic Relief Canada and IDRF Canada, we'll be supporting urgent food and health initiatives in Gaza.We're also proud to continue our partnership with Muhsen to host an accessible walk, ensuring individuals with special needs and their families can participate in a welcoming and inclusive environment.Exciting News for FamiliesWe're excited to announce that Hanan's Preschool will be leading our brand new Little Roots Village this year.Little Roots Village is a dedicated space designed for our youngest participants to enjoy a fun and engaging event experience while learning about Palestine in meaningful and age appropriate ways.
