Join us for the uplifting and inspiring Saskatoon Run for Recovery on Sunday, September 20th, 2026, at Rotary Park in beautiful Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This special event celebrates those living with and in recovery from substance use disorder, offering participants the choice of a 2k or 5k run. Kick off the day at 9:00 am with registration, swag bag pick-up, and a vibrant atmosphere featuring vendors and a bouncy castle for the kids. The event will commence with an energizing performance by a drum group, followed by the two races starting at 10:00 am for the 2k and 10:15 am for the 5k. Every participant will receive a fantastic swag bag and a stunning finisher's medal to commemorate their achievement.
As a highlight, the event will conclude with heartfelt recovery stories shared by individuals who have triumphed over challenges. Plus, all proceeds from the Run for Recovery will support youth working with Summit Outreach and Counselling. Organiser's Description
The Saskatoon Run for Recovery is a 2k or 5k run in honor of those living with and in recovery from substance use disorder. It is Sept.20.2026 during recovery month at Rotary Park in Saskatoon. Everyone will get a swag bag and beautiful finishers metal. We will begin our event with an opening drum group and finishing with stories from individuals in recovery. All the proceeds from this run go to support the youth working with Summit Outreach and Counselling Schedule:9:00 am registration swag bag pick up vendors open and bouncy castle opens 9:30am opening drummers/ prayer 10:00am 2k begins10:15am 5k begins 11:30am finisher metals and recovery speeches
