Join us for the Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women in Hamilton on Sunday, June 7, 2026! This vibrant event takes place at the beautiful Confederation Park, specifically at the Willow Cove Pavilion, located at 585 Van Wagners Beach Road. The Run for Women is dedicated to supporting women's mental health programs at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton, making your participation meaningful and impactful.
Runners of all ages and abilities can choose from three exciting race distances: the 1K Little Steps, perfect for the youngest participants, a challenging 10K for seasoned athletes, and a fun 5K for those looking to enjoy a leisurely run or walk. The day's festivities kick off at 8:30 a.m. with the 1K Little Steps, followed by a warm-up session at 8:50 a.m. The competitive spirit ignites with the 10K race starting at 9:15 a.m., followed by the 5K at 9:30 a.m. Arriving by 8:00 a.m. is recommended to soak in the atmosphere and share your experience with the community.
