Join us for the Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women in Victoria on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at the stunning Elk Lake Regional Park! This vibrant event, set against the beautiful backdrop of Saanich, aims to support vital women-serving mental health programs through CMHA BC. Runners of all ages and abilities can participate in a variety of race distances, including the 1K Little Steps for families, a challenging 10K, and a 5K run.
The day kicks off at 9:00 a.m. with the 1K race, followed by a warm-up session at 9:20 a.m., and the 10K and 5K races starting at 9:45 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., respectively. Arrive by 8:30 a.m. to soak in the excitement and prepare for a fantastic day of community, health, and empowerment. Don’t forget to tag your memories on social media using #runforwomen! Come run, walk, or cheer with us as we make strides towards better mental health for women in our community!
