Join us for the Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women in Whitby on Saturday, June 20, 2026! This vibrant event takes place at the Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences and supports the Shoppers Drug Mart® Perinatal Mental Health Clinic, along with various women's mental health programs available at Ontario Shores.
Participants can look forward to an exciting day filled with community spirit and camaraderie, featuring race distances of 1K for the Little Steps, 5K, and a challenging 10K. The schedule kicks off at 8:30 a.m. with the 1K race, followed by a warm-up session, and then the main races beginning at 9:15 a.m. for the 10K and 9:30 a.m. for the 5K. Make sure to arrive by 8:00 a.m. to soak in the atmosphere and connect with fellow runners. Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to support mental health and celebrate wellness in Whitby!
