Thursday, August 13th, 2026Train with Triathlon PEI! Join us for a fun SWIM and RUN session! Work on your swimming technique in a comfortable, supervised pool, then head out for a run. Train with a buddy or meet new friends along the way!Beginner friendly! If you'd like help on your form, please indicate in registration and we will have triathlon PEI athletes able to help you.Open to ages 8+! Please note: Athletes under age 12 will run distances according to Triathlon Canada's Youth Rules.Date: 5:30-6:30 pm August 13th, 2026Location: Simmons Sports Centre, 170 N River Rd, Charlottetown, PE C1A 3L3Format: 30 minutes of an instructed swim session followed by a 20-30 minute run Schedule:5:15-5:25 am: Athlete check-in 5:30-6:00: Swim session6:00-6:30: Run session (changing between sessions is permitted)Important InformationPlease note all participants must be members of Triathlon PEI, Triathlon NS, Triathlon NB or Triathlon NL .
