Participants can choose between a 6KM loop and a 3KM loop, allowing all paces to join in the fun, whether running or walking. We'll gather at the Harbour Landing Supplement King location, moving together along scenic pathways and empowering one another. After the run, enjoy post-event samples and an exclusive in-store discount while connecting with fellow participants. StrongHER is more than just a run. It’s a celebration of strength, community, and the incredible women in our lives.And yes, everyone is welcome. Bring the men who support you, the kids in strollers, your best friends, your moms, and even your dogs. This is about community, connection, and lifting each other up.All paces are welcome to run or walk in honour of International Women’s Day. This event is about showing up exactly as you are.We’ll meet at the Harbour Landing Supplement King location, move together, and empower one another on the pathways before finishing at the store for post-run samples, connection, and an exclusive in-store discount for participants.Expect good vibes, strong women, supportive community, and maybe even a few surprises.Come solo or bring your girls.
