What Your Support Makes PossibleSince 2009, FAB has provided a free 12-week running and life-skills program to girls in Hamilton’s priority neighbourhoods.Participants train together with volunteer coaches, work toward the goal of completing a 5K, and finish the program feeling proud, confident and empowered, with a goal-setting framework they can carry into whatever comes next.Thank you for being part of it!
