Registration is completely free, and while donations are encouraged, they are not mandatory. Families are invited to bring their kids for a day of fun, fitness, and community spirit. He required emergency life-support (ECMO), a program that only exists at the Alberta Children's Hospital because the Foundation raised the funds to pay for it.Today, James is a symbol of resilience. We are committed to paying it forward so that the 100,000+ kids treated here every year get the same fighting chance.
