The Run for KidSport is on for 2026!Sunday, November 1 st , 2026 – Picaroons RoundhousePresented by Phoenix Petroleum Ltd., Petroleum Measurement Integrators Ltd., Fredericton Marathon and Sport New Brunswick, the Run for KidSport is an untimed fundraising event with 3k, 5k and 8k run/walk designed to support KidSportNB.No kid should be left on the sidelines and KidSport NB is a children’s charity program dedicated to removing financial barriers that prevent kids from participating in organized sport. Registration is a minimum donation of $25 to KidSport NB plus processing fees. Your registration fee will go directly to KidSport NB, with your registration information shared for tax receipt purposes only. **The first 200 registered participants will receive a commemorative swag item**This event features the 3k, the 5k and the 8k out-and-back runs/walks along the city’s riverfront trail system to and from Carleton Park, near Picaroons Roundhouse.Runners or walkers will start at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, November 1st along the trail system in Carleton Park, near Picaroons Roundhouse.
