Over the course of 10 weeks, participants will enjoy weekly runs every Wednesday at 6 PM in various scenic locations around Fredericton, York, culminating in an 8 km race on July 7th. The first run kicks off at the beautiful UNB Woodlot, where you'll tackle a relaxed 3 km route with plenty of breaks to soak in the stunning surroundings. Organiser's Description
Welcome to our 3rd Introduction to trail running! We will run a 10 week clinic open to everyone.If you want to try trail running for the first time, or simply want to start the season with an easy going group, then this is for you.Included will be weekly emails, a social get together and an 8 km "race" on July 7th! We will start May 6th and will meet every Wednesday 6 pm at a different location every week in Fredericton and surrounding areas. Please note the last 2 runs will be on Tuesday. Our first run will be at UNB Woodlot (behind Costco) for 3 kms at an easy pace with plenty of breaks. Our goal is to have a fun, inclusive environment open to all. No one will be left behind.
