Get ready for an exhilarating day of trail running at the Vancouver Island Trail Running Series - Qualicum Bay on Saturday, October 25, 2025! Set in the stunning Nanaimo District, this event promises to be a highlight for outdoor enthusiasts and runners alike. Participants can choose between two challenging courses: the Long Course, approximately 26 kilometers with a vertical gain of 380 meters, and the Short Course, around 11 kilometers with a vertical gain of 160 meters.
Both courses are designed to take you through some of the most breathtaking views and beautiful trails that Vancouver Island has to offer. Although both the Short and Long courses are sold out for 2025, the excitement of the day will remain unmatched. With a kid's race kicking off at 11:15 AM, followed by the Long Course at 11:30 AM and the Short Course at 12:00 PM, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Don’t miss this chance to experience the thrill of trail running in one of Western Canada’s most scenic locations!
