Participants can choose from Canada's most beautiful 10k course, which is BC Athletics-certified and features a flat, scenic route around the iconic Stanley Park seawall. For those looking for a shorter distance, the 5k course offers a delightful experience as it winds toward Coal Harbour and HMCS Discovery. Be among the first to register and receive a FREE Brooks technical tee, and don’t forget to cheer on the amazing volunteers who make this event possible! The fun kicks off at 8:00 a.m. with the official ceremony at 8:15 a.m., followed by the first runners leaving the start line at 8:35 a.m. Mark your calendars, as registration closes at noon on Thursday, July 23rd, or until sold out! All ages and abilities are welcome, and we can't wait to see you all at the start line. 🏳️🌈This year, we are delighted to offer early registrants a FREE Brooks technical tee. Show the volunteers some love with cheers!Pre-race package pickup is Friday, July 24, and Saturday, July 25th, at Forerunners on Main (at 23rd Avenue).
