In contrast, the 10k single lap has an elevation of just 22m, so it's fantastic for those looking for a quick time, or a stepping stone onto the Half Marathon course. The 5k is completely off-road on a virtually flat circuit: anyone can take part, even if it’s in fancy dress for fun!
