Sales Executive - October 2025
We’re searching for a motivated Sales Executive. You’ll be a key part of the team, making sure every Race Organiser in the UK is using findarace.com to grow their events.
What You'll Do
• Onboard new Race Organisers by responding to inbound leads and generating new ones
• Sell multi-channel promotional opportunities to new and existing customers
• Work with Race Organisers and internal team members to get races live on findarace
• Look after a range of existing accounts and identify opportunities for upselling
• Maintain accurate CRM records and admin tasks
• Regularly report to the team
• Pitch in wherever needed to support our growing business.
Who You Are
• Great communicator: You love connecting with people and are confident presenting new ideas
• Self-starter: Adept at managing your own time and work
• Experienced: At least one year of sales experience (online marketplace-related experience a bonus)
• Good attention to detail: keeping on top of an established sales funnel is essential
• A passion for running/cycling/keeping active is preferred
• Energetic: You’ll be looking to make the most of the opportunity to join a fast-growing business.

• Compensation: £30k OTE. (£25k basic + £5k bonus)
