Sales Executive - January 2025
We’re searching for a motivated Sales Executive. You’ll be a key part of the team, making sure every Race Organiser in the UK is using findarace.com to grow their events.
What You'll Do
• Onboard new Race Organisers by responding to inbound leads and generating new ones
• Sell multi-channel promotional opportunities to new and existing customers
• Work with Race Organisers and internal team members to get their races live on findarace
• Look after a range of existing accounts and identify opportunities for upselling
• Maintain accurate CRM records and admin tasks
• Regularly report to the team
• Pitch in wherever needed to support our growing business.
Who You Are
• Great communicator: You love connecting with people and are confident presenting new ideas.
• Driven: Adept at managing your own time and work.
• Experienced: At least one year of sales experience (event-related experience a bonus).
• Eager: Excited to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Flexible: We’re a small team. Being willing to jump in wherever you’re needed is a must.
What We Offer
• Compensation: £28k OTE. (£22k basic + Uncapped commission)
