This exciting event features a range of races, including a 1k Kids Bunny Hop at 8:30 AM, a 10k run at 9:30 AM, and a 5k run/walk at 9:40 AM. Set against the beautiful backdrop of Burlington's waterfront, participants will enjoy a picturesque course along the Waterfront Trail, making it a perfect day for both competition and family fun.
Not only will runners and walkers have a chance to earn custom finisher's medals and free tech-style race shirts for the first 300 sign-ups, but they will also be supporting the FAB Foundation, which empowers young girls to become strong women. With online registration available until 9:15 AM on race day, there's no reason to miss out on this fantastic community event. Race CourseParticipants will be running/walking on a course along the beautiful Burlington Waterfront Trail. The course will proceed west on the Waterfront Trail and then turn south heading towards Burlington Beach.5K Run/Walk - Participants will complete one loop of the course heading out and back on to the trail and finish back at Spencer Smith Park.10K Run/Walk - Participants will complete two loops of the course heading out and back on to the trail twice and finish back at Spencer Smith Park.

As a volunteer-run, community-based non-profit organization, our primary responsibility is to ensure we have a safe event and are fiscally responsible. Getting to the RaceSpencer Smith Park is located along the beautiful waterfront in Downtown Burlington. The park can be accessed easily via Brant St.From QEW Westbound: Take Brant St. Exit #101 and proceed south on Brant St. for about 3 km to Lakeshore Rd. Turn right on Lakeshore Rd. and you will come upon the event venue in 2 blocks at Burlington Ave. on your left at the waterfront.From QEW Eastbound: Take Exit #97 for North Shore Blvd. E. off the QEW. Continue east on North Shore Blvd. for 700m reaching Lake Shore Blvd. and Spencer Smith Park along the waterfront on your right.ParkingParking on weekends at Burlington Municipal Lots is free.About 400 free parking spots are available at the municipal parking garage on Locust Street next to the Burlington Performing Arts Center (BPAC). A comprehensive Health & Safety Plan and an Emergency Management Plan have been developed, and various elements of the plans will be put in place should it become necessary. If you have any concerns in this regard, please do not hesitate to contact the race director.Time Limit10K Run - The official limit is 120 minutes. However, you are welcome to finish the race in whatever time it takes. If you are over 120 minutes, your race will not be timed.The same 120 minute time limit also applies for the 5K Run/Walk.
