Registration: Opens at 7:30AM
Adult Start Times:
Relay Starts at 9 AM
MAX Elevation Starts at 9 AM
10K Starts at 9:15 AM5K Starts at 9:45 AM

Course:
The course will consist of a loop that is approx. 3K with a total of 145m of Elevation per loop. Participants will go up one hill, down another section of the hill, across, back up and then roll cross the top escarpment before going back down through the start/finish area - and then head back up!
MAX ELEVATION is as many loops as possible in 3 hours.
5K COURSE is approx. 190m of Elevation through 2 loops.
10K COURSE is approx. 380m of Elevation through 4 loops.
